How We Operate

Because we service thousands of medical professionals, scheduling in advance is always appreciated. From first initial call to delivery, our delivery time is anywhere from 2-4 weeks. This depends on vinyl/fabric choices, scheduling within your office workflow to minimize downtime, your make and model and the size of your job.

Our goal is to have the least amount of disruption in your office workflow while your upholstery needs are being met. Therefore, we minimize operatory/exam table down-time by working on your unit when you are not; i.e., days off, vacation days, short work days and weekends. Down-time ranges anywhere from 1 hour to 1 day depending on make and model of your unit. We are able to have such quick turnarounds due to our experience on the many models still operational in the field today.

When addressing waiting room issues, we work with your schedule. We work on a few chairs at a time, trading out every few days so as not to leave your seating space empty. If the waiting room is part of a complete office remodel, we can schedule within that timeframe.

We guarantee our work for 5 years; however, most of the upholstery we do lasts upwards of 10-12 years!
